END OF SUMMER SOCIAL
On September 19th ASLA Colorado hosted a mixer at the Denver Botanic Gardens. The event was a huge success with over 125 people attending. The End of Summer Social was set up to replace the ASLA Golf Tournament.
The purpose of the event was to say thank you to all our dedicated sponsors (listed on right) and provide an opportunity for our members to catch up and network with colleagues and sponsors at a unique venue. The event was also an opportunity for Landscape Architecture students in the state to meet professionals and kick off a mentorship program that has just been developed.
This spring ASLA Colorado began developing a strategic partnership with the Denver Botanic Gardens and this is the first of many events and educational opportunities that will be happening at the gardens.
The End of Summer Social will be an annual event so please keep in in mind for next year.
