Join us on Saturday, October 14th, 2017 at the Denver Botanic Gardens from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM for the ECHO Summit which will highlight the value of naturalized outdoor play environments for young children, supporting physical activity, healthy eating, and outdoor learning. The ECHO Summit features presentations from an array of multidisciplinary leaders, outdoor breakout sessions, and networking.
Registration includes breakfast, lunch, learning materials, and access to the Denver Botanic Gardens for the day.

RINO Redevelopment: Beer Urbanism

The 2018 conference, on Saturday, February 10th, will be held at Denver Botanic Gardens in order to accommodate a greater number of participants and reach a larger, State-wide, audience.
The conference will feature leading experts in design, propagation, and gardening with native plants. Our keynote speaker will be world-renowned horticulturist, Panayoti Kelaidis.

The University of Colorado Denver has received a Call to Action grant to create a network to advance partnerships, information sharing, communications, and common programs that promote health, equity, and well-being.
Kicking off this effort, a Healthy Places Symposium, Workshop, and Panel Session will take place on April 4th and 5th. Further details to follow.

Located on the South Platte River in downtown Denver, the Marisco Campus of the Children’s Museum of Denver includes Joy Park, a dynamic landscape that encourages children and their caregivers to explore and learn about their environment. The park is traversed by a meandering “river” that serves as a metaphor to connect art, science, and experience with ecology, conservation, and sustainability.
