About Our Search

Our Denver office is looking for an energetic and creative Landscape Architect project manager to join the Landscape Architecture studio. This individual will have experience managing projects, and possess excellent communication, design, technical, graphic and visualization skills. This individual will be organized and enjoy collaborating with multi-disciplinary design teams.

About the Position

  • Project Management.
  • Collaborate with team members on multiple projects.
  • Lead/Assist in design from concept design through construction documents
  • Experience in multiple facets of design including planning, site grading, planting design and construction detailing.
  • Collaborate with project consultants and clients to facilitate the design process.
  • Mentor junior staff.

About You

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture required.
  • 6-15 years of experience in a Landscape Architecture practice
  • Licensed Landscape Architect.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or other 3D presentation software required.
  • Experience with BIM software including VectorWorks preferred.
  • Passionate towards design, strong work ethic, sense of ownership and pride.
  • Experience collaborating with clients, consultants, jurisdictional staff, and stakeholders.
  • Experience with construction drawings and construction details.
  • LEED credentials a plus.

Colorado Statement

The projected base salary for this full-time position is $83,000 – $114,000. Hord Coplan Macht’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual’s education, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM’s total compensation package for employees.
