N.E.S. Inc., an established design-oriented Land Planning/Landscape Architecture firm serving municipal, institutional and development clients, seeks an energetic and creative Senior Level Landscape Architect/ Planner to join our project management team.


N.E.S. Inc. values candidates who are flexible and creative, with a team-oriented attitude and a fluency in planning and design for public and private clients.  The ideal candidate would possess an expertise in the management of multiple projects and client relationships.


Job Description:

This position would require a strong working knowledge and background in proposal preparation, project budget management, leading and coordinating project teams, mentoring staff, and project quality control. Experience in the preparation of conceptual and master plan reports, entitlement documents, construction documents, and construction administration for projects is required.


A track record in public engagement and presentations at public hearings is beneficial.  The potential to bring in new work through client relationships or business development activities is preferred.


Experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Sketch Up software is desired.
