Website Stream Landscape Architecture

Stream Landscape Architecture + Planning (Stream) focuses
on technically challenging and resilient projects in the
water-resources, green infrastructure, parks and open space,
recreation, and urban design realms.

We are seeking inquisitive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented
candidates who think creatively and strategically with a
passion for developing their professional acumen in the
water-resources, public infrastructure, and parks/recreation
areas of practice. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and
ambitious with exceptional research, communication, graphic,
and drafting production abilities while also being passionate
about all phases of work including design, planning, project
management, construction administration, and business
development.

following baseline skills/experience to fulfill the requirements
of each position listed:

Available Positions
Landscape Designer, Experience Level: 1-5 Years
Landscape Architect, Experience Level: 5+ Years

Landscape Designer Experience level: 1 to 5 years
• A degree in landscape architecture (from an accredited
university) with 1-5 years of professional work experience;
• The ability to work collaboratively with senior staff to fulfill
design and project work requirements;
• AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup and Lumion
(bonus: 3D Civil, etc.);
• Drafting and preparation of project graphics, construction
documents, research, etc.;
• Strong graphic rendering capabilities (hand and digital);
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)

Landscape Architect Experience level: 5+ years
• A degree in landscape architecture with 5+ years of
professional work experience;
• The ability to work independently, guide junior level staff,
and participate in all aspects of design;
• AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketchup (bonus: 3D
Civil, Lumion, etc.);
• Construction document preparation, drafting, and spatial /
detail design;
• Strong graphic rendering capabilities (hand and digital);
and
• Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
and client/consultant coordination.

Other professional skills/qualifications that would be valuable
to the firm are:
• Exceptional concept design development, site design, and
grading skills (bonus: parks and/or water-resource
related);
• Licensed P.L.A. in Colorado (or progress on licensure
track);
• Experience with or desire to participate in marketing and
business development and proposal development.
• Proven ability to manage projects/tasks, schedule and
delegate work, and to mentor junior staff;
• Understanding of construction observation, proposal
development, specification writing, business operations,
and verbal presentation development and delivery.
