ASLA CO Business Boot Camp Seminar Series
2013 ATTENDEE TESTIMONIALS
JENNIFER GARDNER ASLA, PLA
Greenscape Designs LLC, Fort Collins, CO
“I can't say enough about the value of the Small Business Bootcamp. It was geared toward Landscape Architects and the four classes were jam packed with great information. I started Greenscape Designs as a designer with a business but quickly learned I needed to change that mindset to a business owner who does design. The Bootcamp provided just the tools necessary to make that transition.”
PAUL McMAHON PLA, CID
Valerian, LLC, Denver, CO
“The classes provided information on many of the challenging areas of business ownership/management and offered many tips to overcome them.”
JOE WILSON IV PLA, CID, ASLA
Galloway, Denver, CO/Salt Lake City, UT
“I like to thank Don Godi, Kurt Munding, and ASLA Colorado for a wonderful experience at the 2013 ASLA Colorado Small Business Boot Camp. The amount of information and education they gave me was absolutely incredible. It was also a great opportunity to network, discuss procedures, and exchange ideas with fellow people from the industry. Running the Landscape Architecture Department at Galloway and Company; a locally based Denver architecture/engineering firm, I have really started to pay attention to our strategies and philosophies. I could not wait to implement what I learned from the classes!”
SANDY BROWN, ASLA
Planning & Landscape Architecture, Boulder, CO
“The Marketing & Promotion session was valuable in providing direction for online and offline awareness, including methods I'd never before considered. Risk Management scared me into making small but significant adjustments to my contracts in order to protect myself as well as my clients. The format for the Business Bootcamp was perfect, plenty of time for discussion, questions and post-session socializing.”

Continuing Education Credits
The Colorado State License board does not require landscape architects to complete annual Continuing Education Credits. If you are a Colorado landscape architect licensed in states other than Colorado, please check the individual state license requirements with CLARB (www.clarb.org).
ASLA National has created the Landscape Architecture Continuing Education System (LA CES), to help unify the system recognizing courses that are eligible for Continuing Education Credit when applicable. Please see the link to the right for more information on LA CES.
