On October 11, 2023 ASLA Colorado Vice President of Government Affairs David Sprunt presented Vivian Kovacs (recently retired from Landscape Forms) with the Phil Flores medallion. The medallion is ASLA Colorado’s highest honor for exemplary service and friendship. Kovacs was unable to attend the Awards Event on August 31 due to an automobile accident.
